Business Analyst, ideally with current SC security clearance, and strong experience of developing business processes mapping and modelling is urgently needed to work with a key government regulator. Ideally, the Business Analyst will have experience of working on Microsoft CRM Dynamics projects with experience of managing 3rd party developers on CRM Dynamics. The Business Analyst will be responsible for working within a number of business change projects, including the introduction of Business registration and a Managed Service Provider re-tender. The Business Analyst will be responsible for mapping detailed business process (as-is and to-be), capturing business requirements whilst implementing solutions and complete the user acceptance testing phase of projects.

Business Analyst-SC Cleared-BPMN -Essential Skills;

+Experience of developing business process including mapping, analysis, design and optimisation
+Strong track record of performing a Business Analyst role
+Current SC Clearance or the ability to undergo SC Clearance.
+Experience of using process modelling methodologies, particularly BPMN.
+Experience of delivering and managing requirements specifications
+Formal qualifications within Business Analyst studies, particularly ISEB.
+Experience of managing requirements specifications, the entire project lifecycle, and executing workshops.
+Experience of developing test scripts and carrying out operational and user acceptance testing.
+Technical Authoring Skills and advanced Microsoft Office, MS Project and MS Visio.
+Experience of designing changes to operational systems, especially workflow management systems or CRM, Microsoft Dynamics
+Ability to engage with supplier during the test phase to ensure successful OAT and UAT.

Business Analyst-SC Cleared-BPMN Desirable Skills;

+Current Home Office SC Security Clearance or the ability to under SC Security Clearance.
+Experience of managing 3rd party Microsoft Dynamics Developers on Microsoft Dynamics functionality.
+Knowledge of ID verification, individual and business licensing services, ideally developed whilst working or implementing changes to licensing services.
+Knowledge of the private Security Industry Act and the private security industry
Working within a government or government regulatory environment.
